Cape Cod House Plans

The “Cape Cod Collection” of house plans provides cape designs of various styling, including straight pitched roof, with and without dormers; gambrel roof styles; three basic models of the “Old Ships Bottom Roof House”, a bowed roof Cape Cod design based on the Solomon Howe's House, in Chatham, MA. circa 1800. The Cape Cod Collection includes half, three quarter, and full cape houses, many with first floor master bedrooms and bath en suites.
