New England House Plans

Our New England Collection offers designs for houses of New England origin, dating from the late 1600's through the mid 1800's. These designs include capes, saltboxes, two story formal and informal Georgian and Federal designs. Our houses are based on existing examples, measured and adapted for modern code requirements, stock materials and contemporary living space requirements such as bathrooms, kitchens and laundry requirements.
